Tasting Notes
Bright, elegant straw yellow with a tendency to light gold. The terrific and inviting nose is multi-layered and compact, exotic as it escapes from the glass, with candied lemon zest, plus ripe pear, dried pineapple, and a touch of fumé on the finish. The palate opens savoury, and is brisk without lacking complexity, has drive with a golden core, and great, precise tension before a very long finish.
