Dark, almost impenetrable ruby red. Fragrant nose of blackcurrants, cassis, a bit of blackberries, also has fine spicy notes on the echo. Compact on the palate with tightly woven tannins, almost creamy, seems tightly woven, spreads wide, slightly drying on the finish.
