Tasting Notes

Tasting from 13.09.2016: Ulrich Sautter

Quite clear fruit, cherry, cherry stone, almost marzipan, pine. Tannins are crumbly and grainy with good density, a taut palate without green tones, well-integrated ripe acidity, plenty of juice in the background and a tendency towards ripe spice. An absolutely independent wine that is completely convincing in its authenticity.
