Fresh, fruity and savoury bouquet with notes of sour cherry, rosehip and dried wild berries. Hints of black tea and bouquet garni. Elegant on the palate, with ripe acidity and aromas of cherry and confit red and dark berries. Polished tannins and a long, saline finish.
