Tasting Notes
Light yellow-green with silver reflections and a fine, persistent mousse. Fresh white peach nuances, a hint of guava and lemongrass make for an inviting bouquet. Medium complexity on the palate with stone fruit nuances to the fore. The fruity sweetness is well framed by a lively acidity structure, making for an animating style that's a fine aperitif. (L24108, PM).
More about the tastingA flint wine with a very rich bouquet. Lavender. Renegade. Also strong yeast notes. The fresh carbonic acid leads into a sweet, full body, which is kept in balance by a juicy acidity. Approachable, but without abandoning the varietal character.
