Salmon pink in colour. Sugared strawberry on the nose, canned peach. The palate opens sweet and sour, the dynamic mousse quickly reaches a high level of intensity, but does not remain homogeneous for long. The finish shows plenty of sweet fruit and a pithy acidity.
