Tasting from 26.09.2025: Peter Moser, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Ulrich Sautter, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Gerhild Burkard, Romana Echensperger

Lots of yeast, bitter almond, lemon balm and apricot. The palate opens smoothly and with fruit-driven sweetness, followed by a refreshing fine acidity and a voluminous, quite fine mousse. The lovely sweetness prevails on the finish.
