The red wine Barolo Riserva DOCG Bussia Vigna Mondoca, vintage 2019 from the winery Oddero Poderi e Cantine has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 96 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Clear ruby colour with a pronounced garnet hue. Aromas of blood orange and black tea, then notes of raspberry, salt and some iodine open up. Polished and clear on the palate, with grippy tannins in many layers, a fine texture in between. Shows good tension and has a tobacco flavour on the finish.
