Tasting Notes

94
Tasting from 10.03.2006

Medium yellow-green with delicate golden reflections. Fine hints of orange zest on the nose, ripe baby banana, a hint of ripeness, underlaid with white flowers and damp gravel, some cinnamon and lemongrass. Exquisite freshness on the palate, lively acidity, very elegant, almost medium-bodied despite 13.5% alcohol and yet full-bodied enough, a hint of lemon rind, fine wood caramel, lingers for a long time, brilliant early stage, very good development potential.
