Tasting from 01.12.2022: Peter Moser

Pale greenish yellow, light golden reflections. Delicate vanilla, wood spice and some butterscotch, green apple fruit, citrus zest, a hint of a reductive flint note. Substantial on the palate, white pome fruit nuances, delicate fruit exoticism and lime, fine acidity. Salty and clinging in the finish, gains complexity in the echo but does not seem quite grown-up overall. A deep and elegant food wine with a vivid wood spice in the finish, which will integrate over the coming years. (12/22, drink - 2035).
