Tasting Notes
Medium yellow-green. On the nose, fine bread-like and nutty nuances of roasted almonds and juicy apple, some grapefruit zest. Complex on the palate, ideally combines the balance and complexity of Meursault with the finesse and mineral elegance of a Puligny, smoky toast aromas, fine caramel and blood oranges on the finish, very powerful, finish still somewhat dominated by alcohol, still needs time.
