Light ruby in colour with a broad and bright ochre rim. On the nose, aromas of raspberry pulp laced with minerality with subtle currant, lime zest, tobacco and cherry nuances. The palate is juicy and rich in finesse with delicate fruit expression, a hint of candied violets, saline and persistent with a delicate finish. Showing Vieilles Vignes character, no wonder with 140 year old ungrafted vines, this wine is true theatre for the palate.
