Subtle crimson in colour with a broad and bright ochre rim. On the nose, subtle raspberry notes, with sweet tobacco, dried herbs, some fresh fig, and floral accents. The juicy palate seems very balanced, silky, and full of finesse, with notes of red berries, cherry compote, and a touch of minerality with a citrus-saline finish. An incredibly appetizing, subtle food wine.
