The red wine Montaleo Montescudaio Rosso DOC, vintage 2016 from the winery Pagani de Marchi has been rated in 2019 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Sangiovese, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Brilliant ruby red with a slightly brightening rim. Compact, red berry nose of ripe raspberries and strawberries, delicate savouriness on the finish. The palate is full-bodied with firm tannins, compact and dense, good length with a harmonious finish.
