The red wine Principe Guerriero Costa Toscana Rosso IGT, vintage 2019 from the winery Pagani de Marchi has been rated in 2022 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 89 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Clear ruby red with slight lightening on the rim. Nuances of ripe cherry and wild berries on the nose, leathery and mushroomy notes on the aftertaste. The palate is salty, well balanced, with good drive and grippy tannins, but unfortunately seems a bit drying on the finish.
