Light yellow gold with greenish reflections. Delicate aromas of sweet yeast rolls, honeydew melon, acacia blossom and a hint of citrus confit. Creamy texture on the palate, with a smooth mousse and appealing acidity that support the fruity sweetness. Medium bodied in weight, with good drinking flow and a ripe quince note in the aftertaste.
