Rich, bright yellow gold in colour. Intense aromas of warm bread, ripe yellow apple and juicy stone fruit on the nose. With a little air, hints of blossom honey, marzipan and a touch of smoke unfold too. It's compact on the palate, carried by a fine mousse and balanced acidity, with a mineral flavour on the finish. A tense aftertaste of ripe citrus fruit leaves the final note.
