Tasting from 09.07.2021: Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler

Dark, bright, rich ruby red. Very woody spicy nose, with some time notes of cranberry, light malt, Amarena cherry and noble savouriness. On the palate it shows with grippy, pithy tannins and juicy fruit texture, also shows vivid acidity, expansive, earthy, with a drying finish. Decanting helps.
