Tasting from 09.07.2021: Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler

Pale golden yellow. Rich woody savouriness, lots of cream and vanilla pudding on the nose, with an aftertaste of resin, banana mousse and a hint of mint, complex and full-bodied. Strongly dominated by wood on the palate, it stretches lavishly across the tongue and breaks away surprisingly quickly at the back.
