Tasting from 09.07.2021: Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler

Bright, elegant ruby red. Distinctly savoury on the nose, slight hints of green bell pepper and ivy, with a shy red berry aftertaste and earthy tones. Dense and racy on the palate, showing salty tannins with a mineral undertone, plenty of drive and length, but also lots of wood on the finish.
