The red wine Barolo DOCG Ravera, vintage 2021 from the winery Paolo Scavino has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 97 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Brilliant ruby colour with a high garnet component. Very clear and with precisely defined fruit, full flavours of raspberry, some strawberry and pickled peach, with a saffron finish. Radiant and with lots of juicy fruit on the attack, opens up with precise, savoury tannins in many layers, very good tension, salty.
