Tasting Notes

Tasting from 18.04.2014

Very reductive in the glass, overflowing milk, bitter almond. Floral and spicy notes appear after intensive aeration: Lavender, mace. The palate is characterized by soft extract, almost oily layers, mild acidity, which, in combination with the minerality, provides sufficient support. Seamless, round wine that needs further bottle ageing to develop its great aromatic potential in addition to its mild (but authentic) charm.
