Tasting Notes

93
Tasting from 18.04.2014

Very closed, almost odourless, some flint, soft attack, velvety and seamlessly round in the middle of the palate, only becoming full-bodied with a stronger attacking acidity in the transition to the finish. A salty, mineral finish with a slightly reductive aroma. An inconspicuous wine, rich in a relaxed way, but vibrating with mineral tension. A sleeping giant.
