Intense, brilliant ruby with a slightly pale rim. Compact and complex nose, reveals notes of dark cherry and blackberry, underlined by liquorice. Builds well on the palate, initially reveals a lot of juicy fruit, cherry and blackberry, then opens with vivid, dense tannins, firm drive on the finish.
