Intense bright ruby red with a fine garnet edge. Very vivid and dense nose, intense fruit, blackberry, dark cherry and plum, truffle in the background. Dense and powerful, concentrated ripe fruit core, however, the wood clearly dominates at present, drying tannin. Long finish. Needs time.
