Medium yellow gold. Yellow apple on the nose, subtle hints of lemon curd, some smoke and fresh shortbread. Creamy on the palate, with a soft mousse, balanced acidity and pleasant, sweetish fruit fullness. The finish has subtle notes of tart grapefruit with a salty undertone. A versatile pleasure experience.
