Tasting from 10.02.2017: Peter Moser und Ulrich Sautter

Blackcurrant jelly (red and black), also a hint of blackcurrant leaf, white pepper. Juicy on the palate with restrained tannins and a noticeable use of wood, sandy tannins of good phenolic maturity, a well-balanced, classic structure in a medium format. Natural fruit on the finish, and even mineral tones.
