Powerful, bright ruby-violet. Opens with fine savoury notes of sandalwood and vanilla, then dark berry fruit, some leather. Juicy and salty on the palate, with notes of pomegranate and blood oranges, salty, then unfortunately a clear wood overhang at the back.
