Aroma of apple peel, quince, flower meadow, ripe pear comes to mind, some blossom honey after aeration. On the palate it shows with powerful sweetness, rather restrained acidity, dried apple, dried fruit, fine roasted almond, a hint of caramel, lively, dense, good length.
