Pale straw yellow with silver reflections. The nose is pronounced, with clear notes of brioche and ripe red apple. Quince and yellow pear are also vivid. The palate is harmonious, soft and full-bodied, the mousse creamy and fine. Medium palate drive and a mineral finish.
