The spumante Südtiroler Sekt Riserva DOC Brut Nature, vintage 2019 from the winery Pfitscher has been rated in 2024 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Pale golden yellow, ripe citrus fruits paired with yeasty notes are immediately vivid on the nose. Quince, apricot, hay flower and overripe apple gradually come to the fore. Fresh on the palate, slightly creamy texture, mouth-filling mousse, light minerality. Structured and persistent, with brioche notes until long after the last sip.
