Tasting from 07.10.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Radiant ruby. A bit restrained on the nose, notes of herbs, mint, some fresh bread, then dark forest fruits. Substantial melting notion on the palate, with a fruit-driven core, shows grippy tannins, currently already accessible, will be able to age very well, slightly dusty on the finish.
