Tasting Notes
Pale golden yellow. A powerful but delicate bouquet - deep fresh fruit alongside some mineral and floral notes. The palate is similarly powerful and full-bodied, with a bright attack and well-judged acidity. A complex mix of burnt cream and discreet aromatics. Good structure, with a long, compact finish that ends on a salty note. A great, textural Saint-Saphorin with certain ageing potential.
