A creamy, powdery, biscuity start with intriguing aromatic overtones of mandarin peel and just a flicker of Damask rose. The palate strikes with immediate balance and supple, fine mousse. The generous sunshine can be felt, but all is contained in a sinuous shape showing the elegance of Chardonnay and the spice and fruit of Pinot Noir.
