Rich golden yellow in colour. Inviting, ripe aromas of fresh rhubarb cake, yellow pear fruit, cardamom, bay leaf and a hint of black tea. The palate brings a very fine mousse to the opulent and complex profile, with a juicy acidity and fine extract sweetness too. Some oyster brine and blossom honey notes emerge on the finish. Perfectly matured.
