Tasting Notes
Clear, intense ruby colour. Opens on the nose with fine spicy notes of cloves and ginger, then beautiful ripe raspberry tones, some flint in the background. Compact on the attack and on the palate, opens with lots of ripe fruit, plums and raspberries, unfolds with grippy, densely packed tannins, yet remains elegant and supple, salty on the finish.
