The red wine Archineri Etna Rosso DOC, vintage 2018 from the winery Pietradolce has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nerello Mascalese from the region Sicily in Italy.
Brilliant garnet with copper hues on the rim. Pronounced aroma of dried raspberries, cranberry confit, some white pepper and wet stone. Spreads out with fine-meshed tannins, crisp freshness, harmonious palate and finish, very fresh, keeps coming back.
