The red wine Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore DOC, vintage 2017 from the winery Pietro Zanoni has been rated in 2020 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Corvina, Corvinone Veronese, Rondinella from the region Veneto in Italy.
Dark ruby. Very wood-accented nose of pickled cherries, bourbon vanilla, a breath of malt, then rich forest fruit, with its own style, multilayered. Also filigreed on the palate, noticeable wood use, with compact fruit, stretches a nice arch, currently still young, will still produce nice hours of pleasure.
