Tasting Notes

Tasting from 25.05.2018: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Very pale straw yellow colour with a light green reflection. A restrained nose reveals little of itself, but there are some chalky notes, then opening up after aeration it has some lemon and lime aromas, and a touch of minerality in the background. Very juicy on the palate, and seeming very fresh and young it has plenty of salt, lemon and grapefruit on the taut finish.
