Tasting Notes

94
Tasting from 13.07.2017

Dried lemon peel, rosemary blossom, mineral notes, and balsamic aromas after air exposure. It is delicate and almost slender on the palate, has a silky mid-palate and a discreetly persistent fine-nerved acidity, which nevertheless gives freshness and length. A wine with a great deal of substance, and subtly packaged.
