Tasting Notes
Clear, intense ruby garnet. Deep nose, of ripe wild raspberries, some cinchona bark and braised radicchio, spicy-earthy. Taut, tightly woven tannin, pithy and deep, forms the backbone of the wine, dark fruit, some truffle, lots of certain ageing potential but still needs aging.
