Clear dark garnet with light rim. Very fragrant nose, of wild raspberry, dark cherry, plum, plus clove and some cinnamon. The palate is rich and substantial, opens with lots of hearty, grippy tannin, nice texture at the core, of raspberry and tobacco, long finish.
