Tasting from 21.03.2025: Romana Echensperger

This crémant shimmers a light straw yellow with a restrained mousse in the glass. Its aroma is subtle, with notes of apricot, bitter orange, maple cordial, herbs and savoury hints of allspice and aniseed. On the palate, it has a strong effervescence, measured acidity and a subtle dosage. A gripping, animating and tangy-spicy crémant - ideal as an aperitif or a versatile accompaniment to food.
