The crémant NV »Nou« Brut from the winery Piwi Kollektiv has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 90+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Souvignier gris, Johanniter, Cabernet Blanc from the region Baden in Germany.
On the nose, yeasty aromas of brioche, with orange blossom, orange peel, green apple, grapefruit, passion fruit, apricot, peach, and yellow kiwi. Taut acidity that is well-integrated into the smooth texture, keeps the palate running nicely, with a creamy mousse, and citrusy finish.
