Pale chartreuse yellow, a silver sheen. Delicate nuances of grapefruit zest, meadow herbs, a subtle touch of slate, white apple, some mango. Complex, some pear, flint, taut and tightly meshed, a lively structure, with a salty and lemony touch, lingering, strong ageing potential, savoury on the finish.
