Tasting Notes

Tasting from 25.05.2018: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Intense golden yellow colour with slightly green reflections. A very elegant and fresh nose, with lemon, bergamot and wet stone, and in the background some white peach and pineapple. On the palate it is complex and complete, with a wonderful harmoniousness from start to finish. It is juicy and salty, with great consistency, unfolding beautifully all across the tongue, and it finishes with an unending length.
