Tasting Notes
Sparkling ruby with a slight garnet shimmer; initially shows slightly earthy, smoky notes on the nose, then plums, some cedar wood; very dense and powerful on the palate, opens up with gripping, pithy tannins, profound, unfortunately strongly influenced by alcohol on the finish.
