Tasting Notes
Rich, intensely bright ruby with a slightly pale rim. Opens on the nose with intense notes of blackberries and plums, slightly resinous notes in the background, like a forest after a downpour. Round and balanced on the palate, opens with pithy, densely woven tannins, builds up in many layers, subtle salty components add depth, but then some rough wood tannin on the finish.
