Tasting from 10.02.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Dense purple in colour, with glittering reflections. On the nose, ripe plum and pickled cherry, also distinct vanilla aromas, cedar and caramel, with culinary herbs in the background. On the palate, smoky, vivid and well-integrated oak, and again ripe plum. The wine is very juicy, with drive and velvety tannins, and slightly drying.
