The red wine Argentiera DOC, vintage 2014 from the winery PoggioargentierA has been rated in 2017 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Sparkling, vivid ruby. Opens on the nose with pronounced spicy notes, of bay leaf and cardamom, then beautiful dark berry fruit. Again spicy components on the palate, but at the same time a lot of smooth fruit, of dark berry, opening with dense tannins, and a fine texture on the finish.
